Job summary

The Paper Store is seeking Sales Associates to deliver world class service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will greet customers, explain products, and drive sales using the G.U.E.S.T. approach.

Maintain clean aisles, stock shelves, and process transactions at the POS with accuracy. Candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world class service to customers using the G.U.E.S.T. approach.
• Ring up customers accurately at the POS and maintain merchandising standards.
• Stock shelves, recover the sales floor and clean throughout the store.
• Assist in training, development and brand ambassador activities.
