Job summary

Everything But Water is seeking a Key Holder in Plano, TX to support store management and ensure a customer-centric experience. You will help supervise associates, manage shifts, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will partner with the Store Manager to cover shifts, train new Associates, and ensure the store reflects Everything But Water’s brand standards and visual presentation.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be fluent in English (speak, read, write).

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs, adequate shift coverage and at times supervise Sales Associates.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating the Company’s selling model in a confident and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards.
• Demonstrate an understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly.
