Job summary

CELLOW CAFE INC is seeking an experienced Server to join our front-of-house team. The Server will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve food and drinks. The role requires delivering consistent, high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant, handling payments, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server is preferred.

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays.
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from customers.
• Answer questions about the menu and preparation.
• Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff.
• Check with customers periodically during their meals to ensure they are satisfied.
• Take orders from customers for food and beverages.
• Provide customers with their checks at the end of the meal and process payment.
