Premium Parking is seeking a Parking Ambassador to greet guests, answer questions, and maintain a safe, welcoming and organized environment at our Saginaw facilities. You will be the friendly face customers interact with and help ensure smooth operations.

This part-time role requires varied shifts, outdoor work in different weather, and attentiveness in a fast-paced setting. Previous customer service experience is a plus and reliable mobility is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and maintain professionalism.
• Comfortable using smartphones or handheld devices for tasks.
• Able to stand or walk for an entire shift.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service from arrival to departure.
• Answer questions about parking rates, payment options, directions, and site information.
• Direct traffic and guide vehicles safely and efficiently into parking areas.
• Assist guests with concerns and help resolve issues professionally.
• Support event parking operations and high-traffic periods.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify safety concerns, maintenance needs, or equipment issues.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting parking facility by removing debris and reporting facility concerns.
• Promote a safe environment by following company procedures and reporting hazards or incidents.
