Parking Management Company seeks a Lot Attendant/Lot Auditor to ensure a safe, organized parking experience for guests. You will direct traffic, assist customers, monitor the lot, and keep the area clean while working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities include handling tickets and payments, recording logs, maintaining records, and enforcing policies with a friendly, professional demeanor. This is an hourly, non-exempt role with variable shifts.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Background check must be completed and maintained.
• No special certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets, handle payments, and track money and paperwork responsibly.
• Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, and document activity.
• Label keys, record vehicle details, and maintain organized records.
• Check the lot regularly, report unsafe activity, and ensure compliant parking.
• Keep the area clean, assist with light cleaning or janitorial tasks.
• Help guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Communicate via radios and support a positive team environment.
• Arrive on time, follow policies, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Take on other tasks to support operations and training participation.
