Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a hotel or guest-focused setting.
• Valid Arizona Title IV certification is required.
• Experience with Toast POS is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and set an inviting atmosphere at the bar and lounge.
• Craft cocktails, pour drinks, and take/serve food orders with accuracy.
• Build genuine relationships with guests to foster loyalty and repeat visits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times.
• Collaborate with leadership to create nightly or weekly drink specials reflecting guest preferences.
• Partner with distributors and the team to plan monthly events or themed gatherings.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards per policy and law.
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support hotel operations.
