Job summary

Wet Willie's in Burbank, CA is seeking a server assistant to support front-of-house operations and ensure guests have a positive experience. You will assist servers, carry hot and cold plates, and help with food and beverage prep in a fast-paced environment.

Must have at least 1 year of server assistant experience, be 18+, fluent in English, and hold a Food Handler’s Card. Candidates should be outgoing, guest-centric, and capable of lifting up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of one year experience as a server assistant or similar position.
• Must speak English.
• Must be outgoing, charismatic, proactive, approachable, guest-centric and positive.
• Food Handler’s Card required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food and service is to Wood Ranch standards.
• Communicate with guests to make a positive lasting impression.
• Ensure and promote safety and cleanliness.
• Participate in team pre-bussing and running food, help other team members as needed.
• Carry hot and cold plates to guests.
• Lift and carry trays with 6-7 drinks.
• Prepare beverages, desserts and soups.
• Perform light duties, including stocking stations and side work.
• Communicate openly with management regarding any work-related concerns.
• Process payments, including making change for cash payments.
