Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic Event Support Associate to assist the Event Supervisor in executing guest-focused events at Loon Mountain. You will help coordinate activities, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold resort etiquette.

Responsibilities include assisting with setup and breakdown, helping with registration, informing guests about event details, and coordinating with Mountain Operations and staff to run smooth experiences.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in guest services or events preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides superior service to customers (internal and external) by following Resort Etiquette Guidelines while interacting with guests.
• Support with set-up and breakdown of each event site as needed.
• Assist with registration and the organization of enrolling participants.
• Give excellent guest service and ability to inform event details to general public.
• Assist Event Supervisor with the development and promotion of events.
• Communicate with Mountain Operations, Bike Patrol and other resort staff in order to help execute event.
• Control event arena entrances and/or exits.
• Organize event registration Release of Liability forms.
