Job summary

Caribe Royale Orlando is seeking an Event Services Manager to oversee planning, coordination and execution of meetings and events, acting as the primary liaison between clients and hotel operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead cross‑department collaboration, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure all details from food and beverage to AV are executed to high standards.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in event management at a resort property preferred.
• Knowledge of catering and events market.
• Knowledge of diverse events i.e. weddings, corporate events, and reunions.
• Proven ability to handle complex group and social events.
• Possess sound strategic and tactical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients after event contracts are signed, managing all event details including food and beverage, setup, décor, audiovisual, and logistics.
• Coordinate with banquet, culinary, AV, and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution.
• Conduct pre- and post-event meetings with clients and internal departments.
• Prepare detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and event resumes.
• Monitor event timelines and make real-time adjustments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, corporate clients, and social customers.
• Provide professional guidance to clients regarding event design, flow and menu selection.
• Handle client feedback promptly and professionally, resolving concerns to ensure repeat business.
• Review event contracts to confirm billing accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Track and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability while meeting client expectations.
• Generate post-event reports, invoices, and billing summaries.
• Communicate in writing (Event Orders, Event Resumes, e-mails) and verbally with all operating departments to ensure the highest quality of execution at all times.
• Attend all intra/inter-departmental meetings as assigned.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by management.
