Farmer's Table Boca Raton & North Palm Beach is seeking a seasoned restaurant leader to manage daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive high-performance teams. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive restaurant management in a well-rated, service-driven restaurant.
• At least 3 years of full restaurant management experience.
• Experience mentoring hourly FOH staff.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and scheduling software (OpenTable).
