Job summary

Farmer's Table Boca Raton & North Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary operation at a busy sports facility. This hands-on leadership role requires you to work alongside the culinary team to deliver outstanding food experiences for guests, members, athletes, and events.

You will oversee high-volume service, mentor staff, manage food quality and safety, and optimize kitchen operations through strong organization and cost-control practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or similar leadership role.
• Hands-on kitchen leader who works alongside the culinary team.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a culinary team.
• Experience with high-volume service, events, catering, or sports/entertainment venues a plus.
• Strong organization, communication, and cost-control skills.
• Commitment to food quality, consistency, sanitation, and safety.
