Job summary

Farmer's Table Boca Raton & North Palm Beach is seeking a seasoned restaurant leader to manage daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive high-performance teams. You will mentor hourly FOH staff, oversee inventories, scheduling, and open/close procedures, and maintain our strict standards for clean, responsibly sourced food.

This full-time role demands 3–5 years of progressive management experience and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive restaurant management in a well-rated, service-driven restaurant.
• At least 3 years of full restaurant management experience.
• Experience mentoring hourly FOH staff.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and scheduling software (OpenTable).

1. Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive management experience in a well-rated, service-driven restaurant
• At least 3 years of full restaurant management experience
• Experience mentoring hourly FOH staff.
• Ability to drive performance and success.
• Basic PC knowledge and comprehension (Word, Excel, scheduling software, OpenTable,).

• Increase Guest counts while developing a loyal Guest base.
• Make all decisions with the best interest of the guest, the employees and the owners in mind.
• Focus on long-term results through the delivery of a consistently superior Guest experience.

- Team Building

• Establish and maintain appropriate staffing levels and remain abreast of any changes which may impact staffing needs.
• Coach all employees on a daily basis.
