Job summary

The VIG in Phoenix, part of Genuine Concepts, is seeking enthusiastic bartenders to deliver an exceptional guest dining experience. Compensation includes hourly rate plus tips and potential health benefits for eligible full-time team members.

Responsibilities include following the Steps of Service, taking orders, serving beverages, and maintaining station readiness while ensuring legal compliance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven bartender experience.
• Ability to keep track of guest orders and overall table experience.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Maricopa County Food Handler Card and Arizona Title 4 Liquor Certification required.

Requirements

Skills Needed:

- Proven working experience as a bartender 3-5 years

- Ability to keep track of guest orders

- Ability to track the overall experience of each individual table

- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

- This position will require a Maricopa Count Food Handler Card

- This position will require an Arizona Title 4 Liquor Certification
