Job summary

The VIG in Phoenix is seeking enthusiastic bartenders to provide an outstanding guest dining experience. This role offers an hourly wage plus tips and the opportunity to grow with Genuine Concepts.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving drinks, checking IDs, restocking, and maintaining high service standards. Requirements: 3–5 years of bartender experience, ability to manage multiple guests, and required certifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of bartender experience
• Ability to track guest orders
• Ability to track the overall experience of each table
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Maricopa County Food Handler Card
• Arizona Title 4 Liquor Certification
