Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and attentiveness.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to Guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other shift roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages cash drawer following cash-handling, safety, and security standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked to Caribou standards.
• Anticipates Guest and teammate needs and acts proactively.
• Offers recommendations grounded in product knowledge, not just a script.
• Knows when to seek leadership support.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance for scheduled shifts.
