Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and uses active listening.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to guest preferences.
• Switches between barista and greeter roles as needed during shift.
• Takes orders and manages cash drawer following safety and cash-handling standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and stocked to Caribou’s standards.
• Anticipates guests' and teammates' needs and acts proactively.
