Job summary

Cliquelv in Las Vegas is seeking a flexible Barback/Bar Porter to support bartenders and porters, maintain a safe, clean bar area, and help ensure smooth service in a high-volume setting.

The role requires strong teamwork, excellent guest interaction, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced shifts. Multilingual abilities and knowledge of spirits, wine, and food are a plus. Training and growth opportunities are available within the restaurant team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a barback and/or bar porter in a high-volume environment or 6 months in a fine dining establishment.
• Good communication skills; multilingual is a plus.
• Must be able to speak and read English proficiently.
• Experience with social media platforms and active participation in social media.
• Working knowledge of Spirits, Wine and Food.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a high stress & high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides full prep support to Bartender and Bar Porters to ensure proper operation of the bar.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for efficient operation of the bar
• Following proper procedures standardized by managers and chefs.
• Communicating with management and service staff to address issues or guest needs.
• Greet guests in a friendly manner and make them feel welcome.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond with urgency.
• Assist in developing restaurant database through networking and data cards.
