Job summary

LEV Restaurant Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Bar Apprentice to greet guests, mix and serve drinks, and keep the bar clean and organized. You will assist bartenders during rush periods, restock supplies, and maintain beverage stations with high attention to safety and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have basic knowledge of spirits, beer and wine, are detail-oriented, and can multitask in a fast-paced fine-dining environment. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as a bar back or busser preferred.
• Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Fine dining experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, mix and serve drinks, and maintain bar cleanliness.
• Prepare batches, juices, garnishes, infusions and syrups; restock bar inventory.
• Refill liquor bottles, juices and ice during service; keep bar organized.
