Job summary

COTE, a flagship concept by Gracious Hospitality Management, seeks Barbacks to join its vibrant bar and dining team in Las Vegas. You will assist bartenders, prepare bar ingredients, and ensure smooth service at the bar and lounge amid a fast-paced, high-standard steakhouse environment.

Responsibilities include stocking, greeting guests, handling orders with accuracy, and upholding safety and health standards while supporting other stations as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and breakdown bar area; keep bar stocked with glasses, coasters, napkins, straws, ice, liquor, wine and beer.
• Clean and organize bar storage areas and prep spaces.
• Greet customers and provide warm, attentive service.
• Organize and shelve beer and liquor deliveries.
• Prepare juices, syrups, garnishes, and other bar ingredients.
• Take orders accurately and input into the system with 100% accuracy.
• Serve food and beverages as directed; assist bartenders as needed.
• Maintain responsible alcohol service and check IDs.
• Maintain inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and bar items.
• Ensure bar and lounge appearance meets health and safety standards.
