Larry H Miller Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Advisor to engage online and in-store customers, guiding them through the car-buying process with a focus on exceptional guest experiences. The role emphasizes relationship-building, follow-ups, and a strong sales mindset.

You will work with customers from inquiry to final sale, using the Asbury selling process, making outbound calls, and scheduling test drives. A valid driver's license and at least 18 years old are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or retail is a plus.
• Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online vehicle inquiries by phone and email.
• Guide customers through the buying process from initial contact to sale.
• Build rapport and expand referral networks.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, conduct test drives, and follow up with customers after visits.
• Maintain professional attire and CRM records.
