Job summary

Donuts of Rutland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Dunkin' team. You will assist in developing Crew and Shift Leaders and ensure guest experiences stay friendly and profitable top-line sales.

The role supports the Store Manager and relies on strong leadership, basic math/financial skills and the ability to train and develop staff in a fast-paced retail environment. Pay range posted is $20.01–$22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English required.
• Restaurant, retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Basic writing skills necessary.
• Strong math and financial literacy helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance; address concerns.
• Support the development of team members.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are staffed to meet guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, and healthy environment per laws.
