Job summary

Mission Ranch is seeking a personable Restaurant Server to deliver attentive food and beverage service, take orders, handle POS payments, and communicate with kitchen and bar teams. This part-time, non-exempt role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in a quality restaurant setting.

Candidates must be 21+, hold CA RBS certification, and excel in guest relations, teamwork, and multitasking during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly per hospitality standards.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter into POS.
• Handle payments, checks, and tips according to company policies.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction throughout service.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side work as needed.
