We are seeking a positive, professional, and problem-solving Guest Attendant for WoodSpring Suites in Thornton, CO. In this customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and represent our property.

Primary Duties:

• Front Office Operations: Managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and paperwork.
• Guest Services: Meeting guest needs, conducting tours, and fulfilling special requests.
• Laundry Duties: Washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness and stock of supplies.
• Sales & Marketing: Supporting initiatives to increase occupancy.
• Emergency Procedures: Following safety protocols and ensuring security.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least one year in customer service; hotel experience preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, standing, and bending.
• Lifting up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
