We are seeking a positive, professional, and problem-solving Guest Attendant for our hotel management and consulting team. This customer-facing role involves being the first point of contact for our guests and ensuring their satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage front office operations including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and paperwork review
• Provide excellent guest services, conduct tours, and fulfill special requests
• Perform laundry duties and maintain organized laundry areas
• Perform cleaning tasks and ensure supplies are well-stocked
• Assist with sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy
• Follow emergency procedures and ensure guest and property security
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; hotel experience preferred
• Proficient in computer skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proactive problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

• Climb stairs and ladders regularly
• Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods
• Lift, push, or pull up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
