About the Role:

Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Guest Attendant to join our team. If you are an energetic team leader with a passion for hospitality and team development, we want to hear from you! You will assist in leading some operations in the absence of the General Manager or helping lead the team, ensuring service standards are exceeded.

Primary Duties:
  • Team Lead: Train and guide staff, discuss performance issues, attend and lead staff huddles.
  • Financial: Post checks in PMS, manage reports, and oversee payment processes.
  • Guest Relations: Monitor feedback, suggest amenities, ensure security.
  • Housekeeping: Assign rooms, assist with inspections.
  • Other Duties: Manage inventory, build vendor and guest relationships, foster teamwork.
  • Sales & Marketing: Support in-house sales and occupancy initiatives.
  • Teamwork: Assist with housekeeping and laundry, cover shifts as needed.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow safety protocols and ensure security.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of hotel leadership experience, including front desk and back-of-house.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Strong team-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proactive problem solver.
Physical Requirements:
  • Climbing stairs and ladders.
  • Performing tasks involving kneeling, standing, sitting, bending, twisting.
  • Lifting up to 20 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
