Our Guest Attendants will serve theater guests, acting as their point of contact for check-in, finding theaters, answering questions at the Concierge desk, confirming/taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and processing payments. They focus on creating a world-class hospitality experience while ensuring safety standards for a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment. They embody the Mission: "To Ensure Every Guest Has An Awesome Experience And Is Excited To Return."

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain kindness and understanding
• Organize and lead theater cleaning, ensuring seats are sanitized before the next film
• Manage order cards, safety, and guest needs across multiple theaters
• Launch and manage guest orders from POS entry to delivery
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Maintain assistive listening and caption devices
• Foster a positive, team-driven atmosphere
• Troubleshoot guest issues with management support
• Own the lobby and seating experience, maintain socially distant lines, announce seating, guide guests, and communicate with leadership
• Know the menu offerings and films/shows playing
• Maintain cleanliness standards for the venue
• Follow all safety protocols and standards
• Ensure a positive guest experience in the theater
• Uphold standards of behavior per company values and policies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years experience in high-volume restaurant/theater environment a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays
• Active alcohol and food handler certifications as required by state
• Being an cinephile is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift and transport items up to 50 lbs
• Stand for extended periods
• Walk up and down stairs multiple times
• Position oneself out of guest view when needed
• Operate POS touchscreen devices
• Work in a busy, sometimes loud environment
