About the Role:

Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional, and problem-solving Guest Attendant. In this highly visible customer service role, you will be the face of our property and the first point of contact for our guests.

  • Hourly Rate: Dependent on experience, $18.00 - $20.00.

Primary Duties:
  1. Front Office Operations: Managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and paperwork review.
  2. Guest Services: Meeting guest needs, conducting tours, closing sales, and fulfilling special requests.
  3. Laundry Duties: Washing, drying, folding, organizing linens, and maintaining the laundry area.
  4. Cleaning & Maintenance: Performing cleaning tasks, stocking supplies, and ensuring cleanliness.
  5. Sales & Marketing: Supporting initiatives to increase occupancy.
  6. Emergency Procedures: Following protocols to ensure safety and security.
  7. Other Duties as Assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least one year in customer service; hotel experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive approach to solving problems.
Physical Requirements:
  • Climbing stairs and ladders.
  • Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50lbs.
