Compensation Range:

Our Guest Attendants will serve theater guests and be their point of contact for functions such as check-in, finding theaters, answering questions at the Concierge desk, confirming/taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and processing payments. They focus on creating a world-class hospitality experience while maintaining safety standards to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment. They understand the importance of staying on task to fulfill the mission: "To Ensure Every Guest Has An Awesome Experience And Is Excited To Return."

OUR MISSION:

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain kindness and understanding
• Organize and lead theater cleaning, ensuring seats are sanitized before the next film
• Manage order cards, safety, and guest needs across multiple theaters
• Launch and manage guest orders from POS entry to delivery
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Maintain assistive listening and close-captioned devices
• Foster a positive, team-driven atmosphere
• Troubleshoot guest issues with management support
• Own the lobby and seating experience, including managing lines, announcing theater seating, guiding guests, and communicating with leadership
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and current films/events
• Uphold cleanliness standards for the venue
• Follow all safety protocols to keep teams and guests healthy
• Ensure all guest-facing interactions and the overall guest experience meet standards
• Uphold standards of behavior as per company values, code of conduct, and guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years experience in high-volume restaurant/theater environment preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Active alcohol certification
• Active food handler certification
• Being an cinephile is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 lbs
• Stand for extended periods
• Walk up and down stairs repeatedly
• Position oneself discreetly in theaters
• Operate POS touchscreen devices
• Work in a busy, sometimes loud environment with caution
