Winvian Farm, LLC is seeking a friendly Guest Assistant to help create memorable guest experiences through reservations, check-ins/outs, and coordinating on-site and off-site activities. You will welcome guests warmly, handle inquiries, and ensure seamless service across departments.

The role emphasizes hospitality, professional presentation, and strong communication, with weekends and holidays required. Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Guest Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help create memorable guest experiences by assisting with reservations, guest check-ins and check-outs, and coordinating on-site and off-site activities and excursions.

• Manage hotel reservations and guest inquiries
• Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
• Assist guests with arranging activities, dining reservations, transportation, and local excursions

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $18/hour
