Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners is hiring a Bellperson/Valet at our resort to greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide expert guest services. You will safely park vehicles, guide guests, and share resort information to create memorable arrivals and departures.

The role emphasizes professionalism, a positive attitude, and proactive service for guests on the move. Prior guest service experience is valued, with growth opportunities within a global hospitality company.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Customer Service in a guest contact role preferred.
• Ability to communicate with guests, respond to questions and inquiries, knowledge of hotel services, local area events and activities.
• Ability to drive vans, trucks and automobiles and possess a valid drivers license and have an excellent driving record as verified by a Motor Vehicle Report preferred.
• Second language may be desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm upon arrival and departure
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while maintaining secure key control
• Escort guests to rooms and explain resort amenities, services, and local attractions
• Provide directions, valet coordination, taxi service, and other guest assistance as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell carts, valet area, lobby, and entrances
• Deliver packages, amenities, messages, or other guest items promptly and courteously
• Support front desk, valet, and concierge teams during busy periods
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
