Hawks Cay Resort is seeking a Bellperson to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and guide guests to their rooms while delivering exceptional service throughout their stay.

You will provide information on resort facilities, local attractions, and dining options, escort guests to rooms, and coordinate with concierge for reservations and requests. Maintain a professional appearance and support guest needs in a fast-paced resort environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, helpful, and professional attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with luggage, guide them to their rooms, and provide needed support.
• Deliver and retrieve guest items promptly and efficiently.
• Provide information about resort facilities, amenities, and local attractions.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain key features and amenities.
• Assist with parking and valet-related tasks as needed.
• Handle guest requests for services, transport, and dining recommendations.
• Maintain a neat bell desk and secure equipment.
