Job summary

Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to maintain clean, stocked areas and support guest satisfaction. You will service guest rooms, public areas, and associate spaces in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Candidates should have prior housekeeping experience, the ability to stand for long periods, and strong English communication skills. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Maintain a professional business appearance and demeanor.
• Prior housekeeping experience or related environmental services experience preferred.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and stocks linen room / supply closets to par level.
• Empties linens and trash hourly or as needed.
• Cleans and services offices and guest areas.
• Keeps corridors on guest room floors clean and well maintained.
• Cleans vending machine area and responds to guest requests.
• Vacuums carpet daily and cleans walls, doors, and floors.
• Light bulbs replaced as needed and garbage/recycling managed daily.
