Job summary

Punch Bowl Social in Dallas is hiring Security Ambassadors to help keep guests safe and ensure a fun, welcoming atmosphere across the venue.

You will enthusiastically greet guests, assist with alcohol service decisions, coordinate with door hosts and bartenders, and support team members with clean, orderly service areas.

Training will cover safety procedures and guest interaction, and prior restaurant or bar experience is a plus. We offer competitive wages and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Keep our community and guests safe by ensuring guests aren’t over their limits.
• Enthusiastically greet guests, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food, drinks and service.
• Responsible for various security functions related to alcohol service or refusal to serve.
• Provide continual communication with the door host, bartenders and management to ensure safety throughout the building.
• Support all Team Members with table and service station cleanliness as needed.
• Participate in opening, continuous and closing side work.
