Punch Bowl Social in Denver is seeking Hosts to set the vibe from the moment guests arrive. You’ll greet guests, manage reservations, seat parties, and help guests get the most from their visit. Training covers brand standards, hospitality protocols, and how to handle peak times with poise.

This role rewards teamwork, strong communication, and a friendly attitude. Previous restaurant or bar experience helps, but training is provided, and flexible hours support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Restaurant or bar background is a plus.
• Training provided to learn brand standards.

Responsibilities

As a Host, you’re the vibe-setter—the first face guests see and the last one they remember. The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job.

But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:

• You value guest experiences and take pride in everything you do
• You've got attitude (the right kind, of course)
• Communication is key - you should be comfortable talking with strangers
• You understand that work is easier - and more fun - with teamwork
• Some time working in a high-volume restaurant/bar is ideal
• Restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but not required!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting guests and setting the tone from the moment they walk in
• Managing reservations and keeping things running smoothly
• Seating guests and showing them how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social
• Answering phones and taking take-out orders
• Keeping the lobby clean, safe, and guest-ready
• Teaming up with coworkers to deliver next-level hospitality
