Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to support guest services across store operations. You will engage with guests, help them find products, and resolve questions with a focus on a fast, friendly shopping experience.

The role requires flexibility for varying shifts including nights and weekends. Training will equip you with the knowledge to use store tools, assist with loyalty programs, and support multiple channels such as curbside and in-store services.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the Target service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience for guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Assist guests with questions, helping solve their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about total store tools, products, and services to resolve guest issues.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and safely, following food safety standards when applicable.
• Help guests with Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry services.
