Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to deliver exceptional guest service in our store. You will create a welcoming experience, assist guests with products and store services, and help enroll guests in loyalty programs while staying adaptable to schedule changes.

Responsibilities include serving at the register, supporting pickup and drive-up orders, and maintaining a clean work area. The role requires strong communication and a proactive, guest-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful guest interactions to create a welcoming store experience.
• Assist guests with product questions and guidance on services available.
• Operate the register, handle cash with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support drive-up, order pickup and registry guests as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and stock supplies during shifts.
• Promote loyalty programs and help guests enroll where appropriate.
• Partner with leaders to de-escalate situations and recover guest experience.
