Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to engage with guests, promote store services, and provide an exceptional shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with inquiries, and help with registrations and loyalty programs.

You must be comfortable with a fast-paced environment, flexible shifts, and daily interactions across various store areas while maintaining accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a welcoming guest experience and assist with daily tasks.

• Assist with order pick up, drive-up, and returns as needed.
