Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate in a store environment. You will greet guests, assist with product discovery, and ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak times, with training provided to ensure proficiency in checkout and store services. You will handle orders for Drive-Up, Order Pick Up, and Registry, helping guests navigate loyalty benefits, app features, and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft levels and initiate a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support peers and de-escalate situations to recover the guest experience.
• Deliver service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
