Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to support guest services in-store. You will greet guests, provide assistance with products and services, and help guests navigate the Target app and loyalty offerings.

Role requires strong communication, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, may be available. Training will be provided.
