Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to help guests and support store operations. You will have the freedom to pick up shifts via the myTime app and build a customized schedule that fits your life.

As a Guest Advocate, you will engage with guests, assist with products and services, and uphold Target’s standards of guest care. Training will be provided and shifts vary by store needs.

Qualifications

• Strong guest-service mindset with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with technology like handheld scanners and apps.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience and greet guests warmly.
• Help guests locate products and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping trip.
• End every transaction with a sincere thank you and friendly bye.
• Support fellow team members and help de-escalate guest concerns.
• Deliver service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with stocking.
