Job summary

Target in the United States is seeking an On‑Demand Guest Advocate to support guest experiences across lanes and services with a flexible shift pattern. You will pick up shifts through the myTime app and must respond to scheduling requests from store leaders.

As an On‑Demand TM, you won’t be posted on the standard weekly schedule but will attend a Welcome orientation and undergo short-term training to prepare for the role. You will use the myTime app to select shifts you want to work.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service in a retail environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
• Flexible to varying shifts and scheduled changes.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, initiating helpful interactions.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support peers and maintain a positive, respectful attitude.
• Stock supplies during store hours and keep work area tidy.
• Adhere to safety policies and assist with store programs (OPU/Drive Up).
