Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate for its on-demand program in the United States. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience, assisting customers, and promoting loyalty programs.

You may schedule shifts via the myTime app and must be flexible to work varying hours, including nights and weekends. As an On-Demand TM, you are not guaranteed a fixed schedule and will be invited to attend orientation and training to prepare for duties such as checkout, assistance at the front

Qualifications

• Customer-focused role requiring strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and peak times.
• Ability to handle guest questions and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, initiating a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Promote and explain Target Loyalty programs and benefits.
• Process transactions efficiently and support returns and order pickup where needed.
