Target is hiring a Guest Advocate in New Jersey. You will greet guests, help locate items, resolve issues, and promote Target services both in-store and through the Target app. You’ll work with teammates to deliver a friendly guest experience and maintain a clean, orderly store during flexible hours.

Daily tasks include processing transactions, assisting with pickups and drive-up, and communicating promotions while upholding safety and guest-first service standards.
