Job summary

Target's Guest Advocate role invites you to greet customers, help shoppers find items, and resolve issues while delivering a welcoming, efficient experience.

You will assist with checkout operations, explain current promos and loyalty benefits, and support drive-up, order pickup, and online orders in a fast-paced store. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected, and teamwork and adaptability are valued.

Qualifications

• You enjoy interacting and helping others – including guests that shop our store and fellow team members you work with.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success.
• You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times).

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet, assist guests, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, Drive-up orders, and returns in compliance with policies.
