Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to assist guests, provide a welcoming experience, and help with product questions and services. You will greet guests, guide them to items, and support checkout with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

This role emphasizes assisting guests with order pick-up, drive-up, and online ordering features, while promoting loyalty programs and keeping a safe, friendly store environment. Training is provided to build product knowledge and service skills.
