Responsibilities

Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
Greet guests and assist with questions to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience.
Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
Stock supplies during store open hours and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Promote and explain Target Loyalty programs and services to guests.
