Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet guests, assist with product discovery, and help resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will engage with guests across in-store and digital channels, promote loyalty programs, and collaborate with team members to maintain an inviting, organized store. Flexibility for varying shifts is required.

Responsibilities
