Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to deliver friendly guest service and assist shoppers across multiple store areas. You’ll work a flexible, on-demand schedule and may help with drive-up, pick-up, and registry services, ensuring a smooth, friendly experience.

We value strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork to support guests and fellow associates in a fast-paced retail setting. Training will be provided to build product knowledge and service skills.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and ability to engage with guests.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends и holidays.
