Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate (On-Demand TM) in the Wake County area to deliver exceptional guest experiences in-store. You will greet guests, assist with product needs, and guide them through returns and service options while maintaining store standards.

This role emphasizes flexible scheduling, strong communication, and a proactive, friendly approach to helping guests. Training will equip you to use Target’s app, Wallet, and various pickup options.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by greeting guests at 10ft and 4ft ranges, helping locate items, resolving issues quickly, and thanking guests at every transaction.
• Assist peers and support team efforts while maintaining a positive attitude and adherence to store policies.
• Explain Target benefits, loyalty programs, and wallet/app features to guests and guide them to enrollment where needed.
