Job summary

Target is looking for an On-Demand Guest Advocate who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet guests, assist with inquiries, and help guests use Target’s services such as Drive Up and Order Pick Up.

The role requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and safety. Training will be provided to ensure you can deliver a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming guest experience with friendly service.
• Greet guests and assist with needs to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

• Support teammates and maintain a clean, organized work area.
